We have had the opportunity to provide several mobile stage rentals to Melbourne, Florida over the years. Our stage rentals in Melbourne include cancer walks, church events, pride festivals, Christmas events, and food and wine festivals.
Below are a handful of events we’ve provided our Stageline SL75 and Stageline SL100 mobile stages in Melbourne, FL.
American Cancer Society Stage
This American Cancer Society event was held on 10/28/23 at 8am right here in Melbourne, FL at 2261 Town Center Avenue, Melbourne, FL 32940. They have so far raised over $123,000 at this event alone. We filmed a time lapse video (see YouTube video above) of the install so you can see everything from arriving with the truck and trailer, to installing banners, to raising the roof. It’s amazing how these stage transformers go from a trailer to a full on mobile stage in about 90 minutes.
Christian Care Ministry Christmas Spectacular Stage
Located at 4150 W Eau Gallie Blvd, Melbourne, FL 32934, we brought out our Stageline SL75. We provided the stage, roof, and banner installation for the outdoor event. We arrived at 10am to get started on the stage build. The show started at 5pm and ended at 8pm. The production company provided the line array sound and lighting.
Discover Life Church Stage
Discover Life Church is located at 3550 Eau Gallie Blvd, Melbourne, FL 32934. We provided our Stageline SL100, lighting, and our always included signature 8×8 drum riser (truss leg system). We squeezed the stage right into some of the parking spaces out front. Making it easy for the church, we went ahead and installed our 24 light package, which is 12 white lights in the front of the roof, and 12 colored lights on a color fade mounted in the back of the roof. All they had to do was show up with instruments and audio the next morning, and they were ready for an all day event.
Downtown Melbourne Food and Wine Festival 2023
The downtown Melbourne Food and Wine Festival is a one day festival put on by Melbourne Main Street, located at 990 East Melbourne Avenue, Melbourne, FL 32901. We had the opportunity to provide our Stageline SL75 mobile stage on 11/11/23. It was a tight stage load in on the street with the stage perpendicular to the street, but we got it done! There were several sponsors for the event, as you can see on the banner package they opted for.
Downtown Melbourne Pride Fest 2022
Thanks to RezPro for bringing us in on the Downtown Melbourne Pride Fest in 2022 located at 924 East New Haven Ave, Melbourne, FL 32901. They opted for the 8×12 runway off the front of our Stageline SL100. It was a really tight fit getting the mobile trailer stage into the center of the street, but we made it happen using our gooseneck trailer attachment in our truck to jackknife the trailer in. These stages are extremely versatile in getting into tight spaces. All of our Stageline SL100 mobile stages are reversible, so we could use either side as the front of the stage. The opposite side of the street had cars in the way, but where you see the truck in the pictures below, we were able to hop the curb to get it in the exact spot needed. After disconnecting the truck, we are able to drop the hitch for safety so no one hits their head on it. We do this on every event for safety.
