StageRental.com has had the opportunity to provide mobile stages for Cranes Roost and its event promoters for many years. Sometimes we provide the stage only. Other times at various events we provide the stage, lights, and sound. It all depends on what you as the client is looking for.
One of the more notable events we have provided mobile stage rentals for is The Uptown Art Expo which happens annually. This event has all kinds of national and international artists, along with live entertainment on our Stageline SL100 mobile stages.
Cranes Roost has a vast culturally diverse set of events going on all the time. We have done events for the Indian Cultural Society of Orlando for India’s Independence Day, the Gutaraji Society of Central Florida, the Indonesia Festival, the World Food Festival, an Easter service event for Waterstone Church, and many others.
Floating Stage
There is a floating stage that already exists, however when the water level of the lake is too low, you can’t see the stage very well from the seats. With the tent on the stage, there are poles in the way that create siteline issues. On top of that, the stage is so far away, you can’t see the performers well even when the lake water level is high. Unfortunately, the floating stage is rarely used, and a mobile stage is brought in for most of the events due to the uncertainty of the water level.
Power
There is onsite built-in power, so you would not need to bring in a large diesel trailer generator. They will drop a power distribution box right at the stage so you have plenty of power for audio, lighting, and performers on stage.
Seating
The audience seating resembles a colosseum, so there are no bad seats in the audience. Audio that has a widespread dispersion is recommended since the distance to direct the sound is somewhat short. Having a sound system that spreads the sound evenly left to right is ideal for people viewing the stage from the sides.
Insurance and Engineering
We are an approved vendor with the City of Altamonte Springs. We are fully insured and engineer stamped, and have added the City of Altamonte Springs to our insurance policy as additionally insured at no cost to you. This means less headache for you!
