This is our second year providing our Stageline SL100 graduation stage for Lake Wales High School. Setup was on their football field, which can be a challenge if not prepared. In our second year we knew what to expect on load in. Having more plywood and more hands to move the plywood around was helpful in keeping the wheels of the truck and trailer from damaging the new grass. Both years were a total success in keeping the field safe.
Lakes Wales High School opted for the full banner package. They requested the stage banners through us (StageRental.com), and were very happy with how they turned out. We always recommend 70/30 mesh material with grommets for the top banner, and pole pockets for the left/right banners. This allows for wind to blow through the banners without tearing them from the stage.
The stage stairs were mounted to the outer parts of the stage to allow for a graduation style entrance and exit. Plants were placed at the base of the stage as you would normally see at a graduation.
We look forward to working with Lake Wales High School again next year!
